Hot, cold, and again. Nobody is timing you — this is what most people do, and you adjust it to whatever you feel like.

Before
Come having eaten, but leave an hour and a half to two hours after a heavy meal. Don't come fasted either. Never after alcohol. Bring swimwear; we provide the towel.
During
Leave the heat when you want to, not when a clock says so. The cold is short on purpose: get in, breathe, get out.
After
Drink water, slowly. Give yourself a few minutes before going back out — that part is usually the best of it.

What people ask us.
When do you open?
We're aiming for early 2027. We'll tell you as soon as there's a firm date — and we'll tell you if it slips, too.
Which neighbourhood?
Barcelona. Which part is partly up to you: that's why we ask for your postcode right after you reserve.
I've never done this. Is that a problem?
No. Sauneta is as much for someone who does this every week as for someone who has never tried an ice bath. We'll walk you through it before your first session, and you set the pace.
Can I bring someone?
The rooms are single-occupancy on purpose — the point is that those 45 minutes are yours and nobody else's. If two of you are coming, book two rooms back to back.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, whenever you want and without giving a reason. Email us and it's back within 48 hours.
Is there anyone who shouldn't come?
Yes. There are conditions under which heat or cold exposure isn't advised. We'll ask you to confirm before your first session, and if you have any doubt, check with your doctor.
What do I bring?
Swimwear. We provide the towel.
